David Kaufman - Chief Technologist & President
David Kaufman has spent 30 years in the fields of networking, distributed systems and IT management.  His range of experience includes driving entrepreneurial start-ups and serving as the technical lead in product development efforts leading to the successful introduction of over a dozen networking and IT management products.  In 1988, Mr. Kaufman founded DeskTalk Systems (later Trinagy), where he developed new IT management technology concepts, oversaw the implementation of new products and led the company to a leadership position in the IT performance reporting area. Trinagy was acquired by Hewlett Packard in 2001, at which time Mr. Kaufman assumed the CTO role in HP's OpenView division.  Mr. Kaufman also spent 15 years serving in key technical and management roles at Unisys Defense Systems, Sytek and TRW.

Denis Yaro - Marketing
With over 25 years experience in the information technology arena, Mr. Yaro has served in senior executive roles in everything from major corporations to brand new startups. At Sun Microsystems, he served as VP/GM of SunConnect and VP/GM of SunSoft Enterprise Management, bringing to market SunNet Manager and Solstice, two seminal network and system management offerings. Mr. Yaro also served as EVP Products and Operations at CyberCash, the leading Internet payment solution provider and President and COO of Conducent. Throughout his career, from early Internet days on, Mr. Yaro has been a leader in strategizing, designing, developing and marketing innovative IT solutions.
